Simon and his team replaced all our single-glazed sash windows at the end of last year.

We were extremely impressed with the standard of customer service and advice we received; nothing was too much trouble and Simon visited us several times and patiently answered all our (many) questions.

On the occasion that there was some technical detail he didn't have at his fingertips he was honest enough to say so, contacted the manufacturers to check and got the information to us straight away. We were concerned that uPVC windows would not look as characterful as our old sashes but the sash models that Simon and his team installed look so much smarter. Most people don't realise they aren't wood and the house is noticeably warmer too.

The fitters worked incredibly hard and did the whole job in four days with no mess. We were very pleased to be able to use a local firm and would recommend Thame Double Glazing to anyone who wants proper, old-fashioned personal service and a quality product.

I just wanted to write a quick letter to say how pleased we are with our new Timber composite Door and windows you have just installed in our property.

We had like most 3 quotations and decided on you because we felt you gave us the advice we needed and could tell you understood our concerns the most.

Dear Sir,

When I moved to the Thame area over 4 years ago I selected your company to replace all my (wooden) doors and windows with double glazed uPVC units.

All the units have lasted over 20 years and only in the past few years have I needed to start replacing some units where handles have come loose or seals have started to fail. I decided to use your company again and they have, to date, installed the replacement doors and windows in an efficient and courteous manner. I am happy to recommend them.
